Maintenance & calibration for consistent quality.
We recommend annual maintenance for each of our spectrophotometers. Our service technicians will come to your home or you can send your device to us. The standard maintenance package includes an exchange of wearing parts, a comprehensive functional test and a test report in which the maintenance is documented. We can carry out further qualifications upon request. We will be happy to create a service plan tailored to your needs and budget.

Diagnose

In most cases it is sufficient if you send us your device (please inform us in advance by telephone or email), we will make the diagnosis and we will send it back to you repaired within a few days (if necessary, no unusual accessories are required).

Replacement/loaner device

Do you need a replacement device during the repair period? No problem! Contact us and we will do our best to send you a loaner device.

With a secure remote connection to your HunterLab colorimeter, our support specialists can communicate directly with you and your instrument. With built-in chat and file transfer capabilities, we can help you with application questions as well as more complex tasks such as software/firmware updates and device performance validation. Quick, easy and uncomplicated via remote maintenance. Our Eros®, Agera® and Vista® spectrophotometers have the option of web-based customer support. With your approval, we will connect to your device in compliance with compliance and can help you remotely with diagnostics, software updates or user training. HunterLab Remote Access Support (RAS) is included for the first year when purchasing one of the devices (Aeros®, Agera® or Vista®).
