With built-in chat and file transfer capabilities, we can help you with application questions as well as more complex tasks such as software/firmware updates and device performance validation. Quick, easy and uncomplicated via remote maintenance. Our Eros®, Agera® and Vista® spectrophotometers have the option of web-based customer support. With your approval, we will connect to your device in compliance with compliance and can help you remotely with diagnostics, software updates or user training. HunterLab Remote Access Support (RAS) is included for the first year when purchasing one of the devices (Aeros®, Agera® or Vista®).
